Terms and Conditions for Half Prime Protection
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Half Prime Protection, registered as HALFSTEP BUSINESS LIMITED, with a registered office at Dept 5287 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, United Kingdom, DN6 8DA (hereafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Half Prime Protection offers maintenance plans for home heating systems, plumbing, and drainage services. Our maintenance plans cover various types of boilers, heating systems, and plumbing/drainage issues as specified in the plan.
2. Emergency Contact Information
In case of a breakdown or emergency, please contact us via our 24-hour phone line. One of our team members will assist you as quickly as possible.
3. Booking Your Annual Boiler Service
To book your annual boiler service or plumbing/drainage service, please contact us during our office hours or email us with your Plan number. We will arrange a suitable date for servicing.
4. Payment Information

Direct Debit: If you have paid via Direct Debit, your payments will be processed through our secure facility. You will receive a Direct Debit Guarantee, and your plan will automatically renew.

Card Payment: If you have paid via card, you will receive documentation for your payment, and we will contact you 30 days before your renewal date to set up your next year's plan.
5. Summary of Your Maintenance Plan
Our Home Care Plus Maintenance plan includes:

Repairs to technical and mechanical faults within the boiler and heating systems.

Repairs to your central heating system.

Annual boiler service.

Unlimited call-outs.

24-hour phoneline help service.

Plumbing and drainage services.

No excess fee.
Significant Exclusions:

Faults due to previous engineers’ works.

Faults due to incorrect boiler installation.

Accidental damage or sludge and debris within the system.

Replacement of a new boiler.

Plumbing issues arising from external factors beyond our control.
6. Duration of Your Maintenance Plan
Your plan is based on a 12-month agreement. If you are on Direct Debit, your plan will renew automatically. The plan begins on the day you enter into the agreement with us.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must have a working boiler or heating system and plumbing system at the time of entering the service agreement.
8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You: You may cancel your plan within 14 days for a full refund, or after 14 days subject to charges for the time you have been in the plan.

Cancellation by Us: We may cancel your plan for serious grounds, including failure to provide requested information or payment. In such cases, we will refund the premium paid for the current plan period.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the services provided. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you through our website or via email.
